I highly recommend the 6 wk Mind, body and health challenge with health coaches Jenni and Teresa. I learned to plan and prepare nutritious and easy to make meals and snacks that helped me to stay on track with my nutrition and lose weight. The workouts were easy to follow and fun to complete. I really enjoyed listening to the daily meditation that kept me focused on my goals of getting fit and eating better. Overall the program was fun and the coaches were very knowledgeable and inspiring!
When I signed up I had no idea I was going to gain so much knowledge out of the program. I consider myself a healthy person (yet) In only three or four days I started to notice my energy levels rise and felt more rested when I woke up. The one on one time really helped me focus on the month to come. They also offered live cooking and exercise classes. Being with other people that had the same focus really gave me a sense of camaraderie. I highly recommend this program to anyone.
